Once a tenacious rugby player himself, Kyle Davis now finds himself on the sidelines coaching youth’s the game of rugby.  For the past 15 years, he has coached local club teams that included his son as a player, and now his son is a successful rugby player attending Central Washington University.  Kyle handles his loan portfolio business with the same tenacity he played with in rugby. With over 25 years in the mortgage financing business, Kyle takes the time to understand each borrower and structure their financial story to fit the loan best suited for their needs.

Although rate is very important, making sure the loan will be approved and the process moves smoothly, is also Kyle’s biggest goals for his clients. Kyle’s clients range from first time homebuyers, investors with several properties to CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies.  Each borrower with their own set of financial goals, each a different financial story that needs to be told correctly and completely in order for the transaction to successfully close.  Kyle’s referral rate from his happy clients continues to be his biggest source of new business.

Kyle was born and raised on the East Coast until moving out to Northern California over 30 years ago.  Orinda is where Kyle calls home and you can often find him mountain biking the many trails the Bay Area has to offer.  Of course you can’t live in Northern California and not talk about skiing, also one of Kyle’s favorite ways to spend his time.
